We are all leaders.
What we do with our leadership skills will define us and will define our lives. Our behavior is our truth.
What do you want to be? This is such a good question to ponder often.
As a mentor, we have the ability to hear our mentees – to know the song of their singing hearts and to encourage them to keep singing!
Being a Womentum mentor has pushed me to focus on leadership, to listen closely, to set an example and to look into a mirror every time I sit with my mentee.
Is it a coincidence that since I became part of this amazing group of women, I have read and gathered up a library of over 100 book titles? Authors like Brene Brown, Jenny Lawson, Amanda Palmer, and Amy Cuddy - to name a few- line my bookshelf.
As I reflect on my journey, Womentum fulfilled its mission statement perfectly
in my experience of personal empowerment and in the meeting of so many
amazing women. I am truly humbled in your presences.
Thank you for all I have become since being a part of Womentum!
